Prob...I love,love,love the Capital City River Run. Probably because I PR'd there at 1:39. I'd like to do it this year but it falls on one of my 20 mile weekends and I'm not sure I want to do a race with 7 before. We'll see. PS - if you can spectate at Detroit, you can run the half too! Ha! I'll be in GR that weekend running that marathon. I agree with you that one marathon a year is enough. I will have done 2 the last two years. One seems to be good plus I love the half distance so much but I hardly ever get to race it since it's all about training runs for the marathon.
