I need to hold myself accountable more often than once a week because SO much can happen once a week.
Yesterday I started reading the "Ben Does Life" blog from the beginning. His journey is beyond inspiring. Right now he is working to get back to his goal weight, and he is weighting himself in daily for 47 days.
I thought I might jump on the band wagon. If I know I have to face the scale every single morning, I think I will hold myself a lot more accountable.
So, here is day 1.
