so it has been awhile!
Did I tell you I gave up pop? I used to have an IV of coke zero and diet mt dew stuck to my arm. And I am at day 10 without them. Awesome, right? I am drinking about a million ounces of water a day (probably closer to 100) and I feel great.
this is the vessel that gets the water into me. It is pretty much permanently in my hand all day every day :)
Also, did I tell you last week I lost 2.6 pounds? AWESOME, RIGHT? I am at 47 pounds gone. I cannot wait to hit the big 5-0.
Besides an awesome weigh in, last week also contained a trip to Detroit to see the Red Wings! I got to see some of my favorite people, Erika and Christina

I havent worked out since last Saturday bc I am pretty sure I did something to my knee. It is feeling better now though and I am thinking tomorrow I will hit my treadmill up.
Today was a good day. I worked OT on the west side of Lansing, and was able to stop at my favorite store ever, Horrocks. Horrocks has the best produce with the best prices, and other great stuff. I got 2 bottles of wine, apples, tangerines, potatoes, green beans, cantalope, and celebry for $26. AWESOME, right?!

This is a WW friendly pasta bake. Even more friendly than the one I posted about a few days ago.
Spaghetti Squash "Pasta" Bake
1 cooked spaghetti squash (0 points)
1 cup pasta sauce (3 pts)
1/2 cup mozerella cheese (4 pts)
2 tablespoons parm cheese (3 pts)
If I cut it into 6 servings, it is 2 pts per serving. If I go with a larger portion (4 portions total), it is 3 points. Awesome, right?
