Sunday's run left me feeling...sore, in a new way. My butt muscles were killing me so I took it easy Monday and Tuesday with no running, hoping they would feel better.
But then I Tuesday I worked out with Erika and her trainer, and used sme muscles I forgot I had. And wowza am I sore from that.
So hear I sit, just days after decided to move my marathon to the spring. Good thing I didn't register yet haha
I hope this feeling goes away. Part if it feels like normal soreness, and the other feels like...different. I dunno. I will foam roll and stretch nd hope it gets better!
