This morning, Jeff aka Detroit Runner wrote about a site called Athlinks. It is basically a site that complies your race history! They found all of mine! Check it out:

Click the picture to enlarge. Its fun to see my 5k go from almost 38 minutes to just over 31, see my 10k go from 1:21 to 1:10 basically, and my half go from 2:26 to 2:42 haha to 2:19!

I love seeing this, and cannot wait to add to this list. I am running a 10k coming up on the 30th and I realllllllly want to PR. And I am pretty sure I can. The # that I really want, that I am not sure I can get (but think I could possibly get) is 1:05...Looking back at my dailyrun history, I have seen a few 6 mile runs, ranging from 1:04 to 1:09. Soooo we shall see.

Alrighty I am off to bed. I have 9 miles to run between Saturday and Sunday to meet my weekly goal of 20 miles. Maybe I'll do 6 tomorrow, and 3 Sunday. :-D Also, the Runners World Run Streak is alive and well here. I have run the last 7 days, 5 of those are part of the official streak.

  1. It's so fun to look back at past race times to see how much you have improved.

  2. What Jeff said ;)
