10k PR and meeting my goal!

I did it you guys! A month or two ago I decided I wanted to break 1:05 in a 10k and yesterday I did it!! 1:04:36.7

More to come later but I am postin from my phone and that's just lame. Here is a picture of me and Pam post race. And hell yea my sister got a medal, first place in our age group!!!!!

Ps: 514 miles ran so far this year! I am on pace for my goal of 1000 miles for 2013 :-)
